Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. This is collected by Stripe during checkout and passed to us so we can fulfil the order.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

If you subscribe to our emails we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

To process, pack and deliver your order, to respond to your enquiries, and — if you have opted in — to send you marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Stripe (payment processing), our delivery carrier, and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Analytics providers may receive de-identified usage data about how the site is used.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [PLACEHOLDER: privacy@yourdomain.com.au].

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
