All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If an item is out of stock or a price is listed in error, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
